I came to Murnau to visit a sick family member, so I needed a place to return to in the evening and rest.
The apartment was very clean, a little cozy, practical and comfortable. The shower and bed were amazing.
But I especially appreciate the host, Oliver, who helped me out in any way he could with directions and tips, which made the whole experience of being in a foreign country while you're worried about your parent a little bit better. I could always knock on his office door on the lower floor if I had questions.
I'd love to return one day under more pleasant circumstances. The location was very close to a train station and it was a short walk to the city center. The apartment also had a balcony, kitchen, barbecue and there are saunas outside. So it's great to have a great holiday in Murnau. Would definitely book a City Suite again if I'm ever there again.

The two apartments we had were spacious and nice, well equipped and practical. The large garden in front of the building is beautiful and has lots of space and even a small playground - ideal for families with kids. The owner family was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations on where to go. Just perfect hosts.
Of course the region around Murnau is beautiful and the Sporerhofe an ideal location to explore.

A delightful little town, Hotel Post was excellent.
A delightful little town, Hotel Post was excellent. We had a slightly complicated arrival but HP coped and we had a lovely stay - albeit for just one night. A lovely room, very nice staff and a great breakfast. If it fits in your itinerary go for it.

A tour on the boat and a visit to the chair lift at Hoernle is recommendable because of the view to the lakes.
Have a luch/dinner and a nice beer at the Seerestaurant Alpenblick in Uffing
