Once I had a trip with my family, I found the "Old school" hotel. That was brilliant, because my daughter - school girl was traveling with us. How I was surprised, when I realized that the hotel I booked was indeed former school. I asked my doughtier if she imagined she can spend a night in school? That was real adventure. We arrived quite late, but the captain was so welcoming. He offered us superb czech supper. He told me that grandfather of the present owner was the last director of the school. Rooms are made in the former school classes and cabinets. Parking place is large and safe. Cuisine is brilliantly czech-style. Beer is fresh. The breakfast in the morning also was home-style and tasty. I saw they have SPA, but we hadn’t tome for it. Left it for the next time. The hotel is placed in the middle of the village in front of the church, so you will be pleased by hourly melody of church bells. Staying here, you have possibility to visit the complex of caves only in 10 minutes walking from the hotel. So me and my family were pleasantly surprised. I would especially recomend the place for visitors with school-aged children. If I am ones more in that land, I would obviously to stay in the Old School hotel ones more.Guest review byArmenUkraine

Terrible...Dated....Shocking, stained carpets, broken floor tiles. Really bad aroma, Pool area looks like a storage dump for old furniture. We left after 5 mins. Hotel Bouček is our favorite place to stop for a night near the border. The location is in the heart of a very nice, small, old town Kromeriž. there is a big central square, where you can park your car, and here are several long working, nice places to eat. A small, but beautiful city, certainly worth visiting. I recommend the palace with its gallery of XVI/XVII paintings and the gardens (about a kilometre from the palace). The city is well-prepared for tourists and in our hotel we found useful leaflets with a detailed plan. You get everywhere on foot, so forget about your car and parking problems. When you`re tired, go to Bajda swimming pools where you pay 2 euros (50 Czech crowns) for the whole day and after 4 o`clock only slightly more than 1 euro. For those who enjoy fin de siecle and beer - I suggest a visit in Plzneńska pivnice, 1 Maje Street. Unforgettable!Guest review byBeataPoland
