Fantastic service! The family leading the hotel made us immediately feel welcome and provided great service. The hotel has a very good location in the Troodos mountains. I cannot believe this hotel has only 2 stars, it deserves many more! The rooms are great, the view towards the beach is absolutely breathtaking, the breakfast is homemade and tasty, and the family that owns the hotel is simply wonderful. It is also situated perfectly - steps from the hotel lead down to the best beach in the area.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved that the hotel was beside a beach and there were facilities to shower and wash the sand off before re-entering the hotel. Food was very good, even for a vegetarian.

    After clear instructions re: where to park our car and how to reach the property, we easily found it. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen Yiannis' messages while I was driving, and he was patiently waiting for us at the reception. We immediately felt very welcome, and he even gave us a bottle of wine as a gesture of hospitality. Then, he showed us our apartment, which was just great: a spacey bedroom, a kitchen, sofa, and spacious bathroom - and a wide balcony on the street side where we sat both in the afternoon and evening. Shutters make the room completely dark, and in this quiet neighbourhood, silence is all but guaranteed so we had a very good sleep. Close by, there is a bar and a restaurant, and a short walk downhill brings you to a bunch of restaurants near the river. All in all, a very commendable option for your stay in Kakopetria.

    everything good! maria is great. spacious is great, we had the studio with a very nice patio area, very private, we bought some food and wine and there outside we had dinner, we the company of the house cats. i wish i had booked 2 nights, the village is very traditional.     Pedoulas was a wonderful base from which to explore this area of the Troodos Mountains. It was our first time in the mountains of Cyprus and we wanted to see sites such as Kykkos Monastery, Archangel Michaels church etc. and to do nature trails in the mountains. We achieved these objectives very comfortably from our location and could also move on to the west coast with a scenic (but very winding!) drive back down to sea level:)

    Wow! The best villa we have ever stayed !

    Wow! The best villa we have ever stayed ! Its brand-new , matresses, sheets and towels are luxurious. Fantastic sea view from all the bedrooms. Hosts Panayiotis and Anthia are exceptionally friendly and generous. The beach in front just 70 metres from the villa is sandy, shallow and clean. The swimming pool is very large with water that flows like a fountain. We enjoyed sea-view jacuzzi !! We will stay again. Highly recommended !

    We stayed in early November and it was hot and sunny. The beach was immediately next to the apartment and for most of the time we had it all to ourselves. Pachyammos is quiet and peaceful which suited us perfectly, we had a car so it was easy to travel the few miles to the local supermarket which served all our needs, there is also a bus service. The apartment was great, lots of space and lovely views. The hosts were helpful yet discrete and had lots of local knowledge to share.

    Absolutely loved being here. Great location. The host got us fruits from here garden orchard. She brought us lovely eggs from her own chickens. She just was so lovely and explained the area to us and made us so at home. We loved it so much we stayed more than planned. Easy to get to the Olympus mountain and the Todooros mountains. Great little place. Parking is super just in the yard. Private too very quiet. The best WiFi reception. The best host and kindest. Thank you for making mine and my partners stay homely relaxing and so special. Ian and Tasheni

    Beautiful and well preserved mountain village, people are really friendly and they show love for their place. It is obvious they take good care of it. We had dinner and lunch at two different places and they were both really good. There is also a nice coffee shop with views of the mountains.

    It is elevated, close to arterial toads but quiet. The homes in the area are nice. Walking up and down streets is unsafe because of uneven surfaces, no footpaths, pot holes and so on. If you have a car, the shops, eateries and do on are not too far away.

    What a amazing place it has everything nature, walks mountains. Beautiful square. Just a beautiful place to relax and enjoy your time with loved ones, and friends. Even just couples it has amazing magic. We ate at the local restaurants Great food and hospitality. The plus was you can walk have a few glasses wine and leave the car at the hotel great for the drivers.
