Hotel: Ocean Suites is much more than a hotel. The service and attention that you as a customer receive every day is great🤩. I stayed in room 2 (for me one of the nicest room)😌. The room was large, with good working air conditioning and a beautiful view of the popular square and main street.The servers were friendly one by one and want to do everything for you "NO STRESS". And every evening there is live music downstairs in the restaurant with good music. You dance💃🏾 until you can't feel your feet anymore (haha). For your safety, a security guard is present every night and after an evening out he will bring you safely to the entrance so that you can safely return to your room. Breakfast ,lunch and diner: Every morning I could choose between 3 different breakfast menus (American🥓, Cape Verde🫘 and Mediterranean🍅). All three were tasty and you get a lot! You can also enjoy a delicious meal there (lunch and dinner). Try their burger🍔 (one of the tastiest burgers in Cabo Verde!)🤌🏽.  The beach and the famous pier are a 3-minute walk from the hotel! All famous cafes and restaurants are a 5 or 6 minute walk from the hotel. If you want to save money, book all activities through Dorry, which will save you 10 to 20 euros per excursion. And you can also arrange your transport to and from the airport through Dorry. Ocean Suites is for me the best hotel in Santa Maria! Adilson makes the best coffee☕️ for you in the morning. Janete serves you with her beautiful smile in the evening 😍(She has the most beautiful curls I had ever seen) And Flavio teaches you the coolest dance moves every evening💃🏾. It has a relaxed atmosphere, is quiet, and is well organized. It is in a great location near the beach and downtown. There is nothing pretentious, and the facility provides great comfort, 3 pools plus many other activities. We were allowed to stay until 10 p.m. on the departure day for a reasonable fee. Our suite was available 6 hours earlier at check-in. Both favors were very convenient and highly appreciated.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and room was really clean and nice, with a comfortable bed.

I chose this hotel for my last night in Cape Verde as was doing a sailing holiday and needed a night before my flight home the next day. The previous hotel was awful (mozzies) and in the middle of nowhere. so I booked the mirabella and it was fantastic. They new I would be early and they had my room ready for like 11am which was amazing. Simone was the perfect host very welcoming happy woman. The room the facilities the breakfast was spot on. Roof top area to chill and eat. Smack bang in the centre 2 minutes from the beach. If I ever go back to Cape Verde I will stop here.

I liked the atmoshere of the property and we could stay all of us close together and store our kite and wing equipment next to our door on the grass. The staff is very helping all the time. We also liked very much the food also the breakfast as well. So we are coming back definitely as it was perfect for us:)

Always someone at the reception, the girls are incredibly kind, good breakfast also for vegetarians, very central ( 1 min away of Calema pub) and few minutes from the beach. In the last day (now) they prepared the breakfast early and fast just as we have the time to eat before our flight ( and we didnt even asked for).

Location was perfect, good restaurant and helpful staff.

The location is amazing, the staff is very friendly and the facilities are as shown in the photos. The pool and the private beach are amazing. The hotel restaurant is one of the best I have visited in Cabo Verde.
