Great location just outside od the entrance to TdP in the beautiful valley of Serrano river and with amazing views of TdP (important thing is the roads are bumpy and full of potholes so be carefull if driving). Heated pool was perfect after long day of hiking. Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip through South America. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable, everything was super clean. Staff were polite.

What an incredible beautifull place. The decoration and interior are stunning. A class apart. Amazing interior design with all the facilities in place, friendly staff and excellent cuisine.

This place is magical! The location feels remote, far away from the world. The drive over is beautiful, the estancia so picturesque, with horses and sheep wondering about. Laguna Verde is a stone's throw away, the mountains are visible from the very large living room window. There is a fireplace to complete the picture of a cosy getaway. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Can we please stay here forever?!

Such a beautiful hotel with a laid back vibe and spectacular views of the Torres del Paine massif, the Rio Serrano and the horses! You even have views from the shower. Thank you to the lovely, friendly staff (Pia & Camila especially) and also to Diego who took us on a full day tour of the park which was just incredible! PS the photos on booking.com need updating!
