Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Thank you Hotel Daniella!

Hotel Bristol is a family run hotel which is nice to see with family albums. It deserves to be 4 stars. The rooms are clean and nice with balcony with Matterhorn view that is really nice. It is conveniently located with the shuttle bus (free with ski day pass) taking you to all the gondolas for the ski slopes. The breakfast was good and the bar cosy. They have a free taxi service to take you to the train station. The spa is very complete with spa and Finnish and bio sauna and many more.

Beautiful hotel, amazing kind staff who made our stay unforgettable. It was my girlfriends birthday and they even provided a little present. Probably the best hotel we ever stayed in (we have visited top hotels around the world). We loved our spacious room and if you leaned over the balcony you could see the Matterhorn. The staff was extremely welcoming to usabd our 2 dogs, delicious breakfast and we loved their kindness to let us use their spa ( after check out) once we came back from a very long hike . Nice and comfortable hotel with a great location (10 min walk from the train station), lovely touches everywhere, the place with a family business history and at the same time really modern. Really nice administrators can help you with everything and advise what things the best to do in different weather conditions. We also liked the breakfast. SPA is a great bonus. At the end of our stay hotel taxi drove us to the train station. Definitely recommend this place :)

Thé staff were fantastic and took good care of me as I became poorly toward the end of my stay. the manager showed me to my room and would consistently ask if I was okay and had everything I needed! Breakfast was plentiful, I always had oats every morning which was amazing! the view, the neighbourhood, the people…everything was perfect!

As a family leisure, we went for the suite, excellent for two adults and two children, everyone enjoyed it. The spa area is not big, but excellent for a few people, Sauna rooms are very designed and maintained. Breakfast was good. The restaurant OVIS was excellent, the chef, staff, food was amazing.

This is a small, quaint town at the base of the Matterhorn. There are easy trips and hikes around the area. Lots of fun shops and delicious restaurants. We had some incredible meals there. Just a beautiful place to relax.

Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

Our experience of Blatten was amazing!

Our experience of Blatten was amazing! We were blown out by this little gem! We went up the cable car, had some drinks, came down and some more by the restaurant across the street. From our cabin we walked down to a restaurant and had a food experience of a lifetime!

A great place to visit. Lots of things to see and do. The Gornergrat train was superb with spectacular views of The Matterhorn. Walked to The Gorner Gorge and then along it. Great walk with fabulous views.

The prices are much more reasonable than in Zermatt, and it is practically the last village you can reach by car. So in my opinion it is very good to sleep in Täsch and travel by train to Zermatt. The trains are every 20 minutes.

Unless you are a dedicated hiker we think one and half to two days is enough time to spend there. We had already been up four mountain peaks in Switzerland so we were more interested in the area than going up another peak. Others with difference experience may have a view.

Great option for being affordable if wanting to visit...

Great option for being affordable if wanting to visit Zermatt. A trains runs between the two cities every 20 minutes which makes travel easy. Not much in Täsch in terms of shopping/restaurants so keep that in mind before leaving Zermatt.
