Check-in was friendly, the room was spotless, clean and nicely presented, the breakfast was outstanding and exceedingly generous, and the location was perfect... literally across from the (very) local rail line and a short walk to a couple of lovely restaurants.

Lovely staff, great food and the private sauna downstairs was the best (sauna usage costs extra). A very early check-in due to the bad weather was no problem. Pet friendly hotel.

The friendly and warm hospitality - I feel genuinely welcomed; location - easy access, in the middle of the village, quiet; well-maintained charming historic building; very nice (single) big room with a generously sized and comfortable bed, the room has a nice balcony; wonderful service - Ticino ticket provide free use of public transport with the canton, local tips; at least three really good restaurants in the village. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the extra bed for the 3rd person was wide and comfortable, the young lady who received us was very nice, patient and welcoming, and breakfast was very good.

Host was very nice and showed us the location. The location is lovely and very clean, the kitchen and bathroom have everything you need! We were there for our climbing trip and it was perfect.
