Absolutely everything! Most of all: The staff were incredibly friendly and made the unfortunately rather short stay very special! The food is excellent. The rooms are superb so is the cleanliness!! The Location is an absolute gem: amongst a natural reserve with a lake containing crystal clear blue water!

This hotel was one of the best we've ever visited! Location is perfect, the room was superclean, pretty and charming. Borh, supper in restaurant (a la carte) and breakfast were delicious! The staff - kind, supportive! I already dream about going back here 😍

We enjoyed the friendly service but most of all we enjoyed the location of the hotel. The breakfast is also really good.

Great location and truly a complete holiday resort with lots of excellent facilities. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Stayed in the Family room which had a master double-bed and a pair of bunk beds. Room had a spacious balcony overlooking the valley & mountains. Great views from the room. Other amenities, like, coffee, tea, microwave were readily available. The buffet breakfast option was included in the package and was excellent.
