Definately I liked the location of the place. Murren is a picturesque village in the mountain with nice gift shops and cafes. It was pleasure to spend time there and we would like to come back one day. Although it is no car zone and the only way to get there was by car cable and train, it was worth staying there. Nevertheless, travelling to the hotel this way was an enoyable adventure :) The staff was really helpful and supportive. Regarding alimentation, the restaurant in the hotel was brilliant. We had dinner and breakfast with the amazing mountains view. The dishes were delicious and made with heart. We reccomend this place with no hesitation.

I had an amazing stay at Seiler au Lac. The location is beautiful with stunning lake views. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. We absolutely loved the property. It is completely beautiful, rooms are perfect, very clean, the complimentary breakfast was excellent and Tatiana was great. The location is great. Very close to Interlaken (6 minutes on a free bus) and free parking. It is a quiet spot, which can be really lovely after a busy day sight seeing. Peter was an exceptional host, really made an effort and made you feel at home. Would definitely recommend.

    We stayed at the hotel for a week and couldn't understand why its rating on Booking.com is only 8.4. The hotel met or exceeded our expectations on all fronts: Location 10 Room 10 Facilities 10 Bar area 10 (nice and cozy) Reception staff 10 (I noticed several negative reviews in Booking.com, not justified in my view) Food 10: the hamburger was the best I have ever tasted (seriously. and I am a hamburger person), and the fillet mignon was fantastic Breakfast: excellent choice, great omelettes Spa 10 (Massage therapist (Marta) 10, amazing massage) Staff 10 With amazing views to the Eiger from our room it was a wonderful overall experience. We have stayed at several hotels in Grindelwald in the past. This is the first one we want to come back to, and expect to do so twice a year.

    Incredible location (Bus stops at the front of the hotel and takes you anywhere, ski track next door, beautiful views!). The hotel is very stunning and each detail has been carefully thought of. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and all passes are available for purchase at the reception. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to return one day! Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Very impressed.

    A bit old, but well well-maintained Hotel. Was doubting regarding the dinner, but recommend just taking the recommended 5-course dinner. The food was way better than expected. The room is comfortable. The breakfast was really good, good products. No need for pre-booking of SPA. nice time after skiing. Very good view.

    Everything! The location was so near the activities, so near restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful in giving tips and were very friendly.     Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice.     An authentic, discrete luxurious mountain village which beats many others we have visited, skied and hiked over the years. Unique in its´location, dramatic mountain views everywhere, variety of walks and activities including summer glacier hikes, caves and sport/spa facilities with excellent dining after activities. A well-organised bus route brings you to every corner and the closest town of Interlaken is just half ´n hour drive or a train journey away.

    Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for.

    Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for. We had sunny days and a couple of rainy days, both were breathtaking in their own right. Nice connection too to Murren, Wengen, and Interlaken. At night, when the day tours have left, you can have the village "all for yourself" and that experience was almost divine.

    Wengen is a perfect spot to make home base while you explore the Lauterbrunnen and Jungfrau region. This car free village is easily accessible by train from Lauterbrunnen, where you find a relatively cheap car park and train access to Interlaken. Wengen felt less crowded than Mürren or Lauterbrunnen in the valley. There are numerous restaurants, stores, and two grocery stores in town to stock up on essentials. Getting around the area is easy thanks to the train and the Männlichen gondola.

    Mürren was a great jumping off point for many hikes and adventures in the area, but was much more laid-back and less crowded than Lauterbrunnen. At the same time, it had plenty of shops, groceries, restaurants for our needs.

    Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

    Very quiet with limited food choices. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful. The gondolas & bus transport were not at all intimidating. Not a lot to do there, but breathe in the scenery & enjoy! We loved it as a base town for other activities.

    Bönigen is lovely as it’s quiet and peaceful but it’s very easy to get to Interlaken centre to do day trips in the area. There is plenty to do also right in Bonigen there are lots of water activities and trails. It’s beautiful the lake is stunning. We did not have a car this house is fully accessible by public transport and food can be bought in the local shops or the big supermarket in Interlaken Ost the station you will pass through when you make any trips outside Bonigen.

    t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.
