We spent New Year's eve at this property and had a fantastic experience! The location was incredibly peaceful and tranquil, with beautiful lake views nearby. We enjoyed some great hikes in the area (be sure to pack good hiking shoes). The property itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed with the festive decorations for Christmas and New Year's Eve - it really added a special touch! A big shout-out to our host, Nataliya. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The apartment was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh – it immediately felt like a place to relax. Every detail, from the kitchen equipment to the soft bed linens, was top quality and made us feel really well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly kind and easygoing, which made everything so smooth and enjoyable. We spent hours by the pool, soaking in the sun and that absolutely majestic view – it was pure bliss. We cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. The decor and detail are next to none, the staff kind and knowledgeable, and the breakfast was very high quality. We visited Como and would only stay on lake Lugano from here on out. Morcote has a ton of charm and great restaurants, and getting around with public transportation was easy. Highly recommend!!

This place has been lovingly renovated (rebuilt?!) and the owners' pride in their achievements shines through in every detail. Lovely people, great location for convenience to everything, and a class act all round. Would not hesitate to come back here.

Very beautiful hotel. Very nice room and bathroom. Very kind, nice, thoughtful staff. They carried my luggage to my room on arrival. Every evening live piano music. Outside on the terrace is a magnificent place to have breakfast or diner. They clean your room twice a day. It's a nice, quiet place to be, a place where one really can relax.
