Brilliant location, beautiful renovated property with a lot of great attention to details. Lovely owners met us and showed us around. Walking distance to public entrance of the lake where we went for a quick swim. Would love to come back for a longer stay. Loved the fact that all the essentials were there to make the stay even more comfortable. Plus the welcome bottle of wine and chocolates.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The apartment was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh – it immediately felt like a place to relax. Every detail, from the kitchen equipment to the soft bed linens, was top quality and made us feel really well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly kind and easygoing, which made everything so smooth and enjoyable. We spent hours by the pool, soaking in the sun and that absolutely majestic view – it was pure bliss. Thank you so much to our lovely hosts for creating such a special and welcoming space. We left with full hearts and great memories. Hope to be back one day!

The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

Our stay was simply marvellous! Morcote is truly beautiful and the Relais is an exquisite little hotel. The design and interior is really well done and it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures. It’s renovated and old/ modern mixture. Cleaning and the stuff were amazing. Also the breakfast was really tasty and fresh. I’ll definitely stay there again if i have a chance to visit Lugano again.
