Very friendly and welcoming staff, we felt great, real homey vibes. It was really nice having breakfast in the beautiful garden in front of the hotel. Hotel is in an old building but everything is clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent - lots of tasty homemade things and everything very fresh. The view across the valley towards Lugano was lovely to see in the morning during breakfast. Plenty of places to sit outside in the summer. Very friendly and helpful owner.

This place has been lovingly renovated (rebuilt?!) and the owners' pride in their achievements shines through in every detail. Lovely people, great location for convenience to everything, and a class act all round. Would not hesitate to come back here.

All personnell was really friendly and helpful. The Junior Suite was spacious, very clean and left nothing to wish for with an excellent view. Room service excellent as well, fast, great quality and priced adequately.
