The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms were fantastic with very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom facilities were immaculate, and all towels and bed sheets were changed daily. Air conditioning in the room was also a massive bonus. We had breakfast provided every morning. The hotel additionally provided free tea, coffee, water, and wifi 24 hours a day. My boys were happy there was a 24-hour gym which they used each morning. Overall, the hotel and the lobby were clean and had an excellent atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff and we highly recommend this hotel.

This is the best hotel or any kind of property you can rent in this area in my opinion. I wasn't sure if I should give my feedback because that would bring up the rating and more people would book and if that is the case it would reverse one of the qualities I like about this hotel which is not too busy and crowded. It is a quiet and clean Hotel.

It's not far from the Walmart (went there a lot) but a real...

It's not far from the Walmart (went there a lot) but a real patient long ride to downtown Toronto especially during rush hour. Wonderland was not too far for the kids. Bowling alley and Movie cinema were close. Cooked food every day so don't know what the local cuisine was like. Really felt safe driving and walking around the neighborhoods and Markham.

Room was too small to be a king suite. The front door would hit the sofa bed when the bed was opened Banged my foot on the door stop 3 times and so did my grandchildren. Breakfast could have been better.

The location was great and close to what we wanted to do, malls and wonderland. The number of bedrooms was perfect. It was a nice touch to have stuffies for the younger kids. But the house was rundown. AC took 2 days to cool off house/propped open, garbage was a daily mess outside (not even our garbage). Other guests shared the house....awkward. sheets were used from second hand store (price tag still on sheet) water leaked from 3rd floorbath to second floor bed thru the light. Holes in wall. Nails sticking out of floor stairs and couch. Unusable and insufficient dirty dishes. No freezer. Unsafe 3rd floor, no railings at stairs. Was told it would be perfect for the 3 under 5yrs old. Urine on wall beside toilet. Broken washer dryer dishwasher and coffee machine. 3 coffee cups for 9 adults......we could not and would not cook there.

I am dissatisfaction extremely , the bath no shampoo no conditioner .the personel in front desk has not provide complete information . the wifi not working in room the last one i undrestood 2 times charges deducted my account its awful service , i check out july 13 and now july 16 deducted hotel charges yesterday night when i call no explantion . what are you doing with such services ............

This location does not care for its guests. The staff especially the manager treats individuals with no dignity and no respect. I will NEVER stay here again not it’s chain throughout Ontario. Go at your own risk!

Less than a one hour drive to Pearson Airport so was a perfect location to stay overnight - didn't have to deal with the higher hotel costs in Toronto and the highway is an easy route directly to the airport.

Ajax is one of the four cities in the Durham Region just...

Ajax is one of the four cities in the Durham Region just east of Toronto. Depending on traffic on highway 401, you can drive to, for example, Toronto Zoo in about 20 Minutes. In the east-west direction there are also trains (GO and Via Rail) available for day trips (e.g. to Toronto). You can enjoy the beaches and Marinas along Lake Ontario from Oshawa to Scarborough, which are also accessible with public transport (city buses which connect all four Durham cities); however, using your own car is a lot faster. Some beaches, like Lakeview Beach in Oshawa, also have life guards on duty (particularly during tourist season and on weekends). We reached this beach by car via the 401 in about 10 minutes (starting from our hotel in Ajax). All Durham cities have a selection of excellent restaurants. Just ask locals for recommendations. And for shopping enthusiasts, there are lots of big shopping malls. Most beaches were open during the time we stayed in Ajax despite restrictions during the pandemic (which were just being lifted at that time in mid-August). If you look thoroughly during your trip planning you will also find hotels that fit your budget.

The free Wi-Fi and the free parking for guest. Not so many hotels would offer such for free. My stay was rather short considering I had only 9 days to spend. I visited some Malls for shopping, though it was rather cold for me.
