SingaporeGreat location to visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. The Samson Mall and the gas station are located just across the road. Convenience is a big plus. We love the complimentary breakfast with a nice variety. It certainly saves us time having to look elsewhere.

SwitzerlandWe stayed in Baker Creek as a family with 2 kids. Our stay was quite comfortable. The kitchen is relatively well equipped, the coffee is very tasty. The beds are comfortable. All windows and a balcony door have mosquito net. The nature around the hotel is wonderful. You see at least one squirrel whenever you leave the house, they are literally everywhere in the resort.
I don't understand the complaints about Wi-Fi. It worked very well in our house during our stay. It was very handy due to the absence of mobile connection.
The shop has all the basic supplies and the hot dog was very tasty, according to my son.
They have one washer and one dryer for shared use.

Clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The beds are cozy, and everything you might need is available.Spacious kitchen and a relaxing common area.
Friendly and respectful staff, a nice outdoor area, free water refills, and vending machines.
No hidden fees or unpleasant surprises.
If I return to Lake Louise, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Felt really good spending a night in the lodge; great beds, spacious, friendly staff, nice environment. We went by foot to lake Louise early in the morning and were able to leave RV at the lodge while already checked out (we promised to leave at 2.pm).
Would highly recommend!

This is a great self-contained suite with its own front door, and very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is perfectly located for Emerald Lake, only a 10-15 minute drive away. Field itself is a lovely little local community, with few tourists, and it's a bonus that it has a restaurant/bar that's a very short walk from Charlie's Guesthouse. I paid nearly $800 per night expecting a quiet, nature-focused stay, as advertised on the hotel’s website. Instead, I was first given a noisy room, and then moved to another that smelled strongly of bleach and had a broken window. Despite my allergy, no alternative room was offered. The bleach fumes caused severe headaches that required painkillers, and by the second day, ants had entered the room. The Lake access can be difficult due to the massive crowds Lake Louise, such that hundreds of people walk 1-2 miles uphill just to get to the lake, because parking lot is full by 8:00 AM. Field is a small, quiet, town just off the Trans Canadian Highway. It has a few shops and an Inn which serves food. There are spectacular mountains on both sides of the valley with a beautiful river running through it. As someone who visited Lake Louise in 2007 the experience was different at that time we could drive right up to the hotel and that makes it a difficult for people with disabilities. I stayed at Cathedral Mountain Lodge because it was the closest place to Lake O’Hara. I had managed to win a much coveted bus ticket, and this was the perfect place to stay the night before. Absolutely loved staying at the lodge, views of mountains all around. The only thing I don’t like about this area is the highway.
