GermanyWe loved the cozy atmosphere, the fireplace, the great community and boardgames! Also the duvets deserve a special mention, super comfortable. It was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, lively and still nicely organized - and we very much loved the free tea and coffee :) Walking distance to bars and shops in Golden and close to the highway. Great facilities also for skiers. We would have loved to stay longer and very much understand that some people keep extending their stay.

stunning, spacious, chalet with excellent facilities including a fabulous bbq in the balcony. nothing has been overlooked in providing a great outfit including a huge fridge and freezer for all the supplies you need. pristine cleanliness on arrival. after a great day in the mountains, you can't beat sitting in a hot tub looking out over beautiful scenery. Golden is an outdoor playground with access to days upon days of fun and this chalet complex just outside town is the perfect finishing touch to the experience.

High quality resort area, also suitable for summer activities. Beautiful lodge, surrounded by trees. Large but cozy guest areas. Spacious room, fantastic view. All very well apointed and maintained.
Kim is a fantastic host: efficient, attentive to your needs, caring, but never imposing her presence.

We were recommended the lodge by some friends and it did not disappoint. Wonderful hosts who were very attentive. The lounge area with the fire was a lovely area to relax in after a long day of travelling. Beautiful location. Will definitely be back.

The rooms were very clean, well maintained and the bed was super cozy. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. It was lovely to be able to open the window at night

We had to stay in Golden.
We had to stay in Golden. We had appointment in Radium, were taking others with us that weren't able to go until Sat morning. Golden is not a tourist "mecca" just a means to an end. Ate at the Wolf's Den as was told was one of the better in Golden! Extremely over-priced dog food!

We went to a lovely restaurant called Eleven 22 that was within 5 minutes walk of the complex and the staff there were very helpful. We had a brilliant time at the Golden Skywalk adventure (especially meeting up with Nathan) and did all the activities including the giant swing. Amazing 🤩

Beautiful surroundings of the mountains.
Beautiful surroundings of the mountains. This area is perfect for day trips to Banff, Lake Louise and Emerald Lake. Less crowded and less expensive hotels here than Banff. And the drive from Golden to Banff is beautiful.
