The hotel was very beautiful, surrounded by a spectacular environment. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They upgraded our room, and we enjoyed it a lot. The hot tub was amazing. There was complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. We would definitely return, highly recommended.

Excellent view from the room — absolutely stunning mountain scenery. Good breakfast with a decent omelet, sausages, tea, and coffee. There is a swimming pool where you can spend time, including a water slide. The kids really loved it.

The room and cottage was very nicely done up snd had everything was well needed. The kitchenette was well equipped too. The rooms were spotless and the staff were very efficient.

The receptionist was very helpful, we were originally allocated a room on its own right by the hotels liquor store. The manager of the store explained that the store was open until 11 at night and her staff would be back and forth between store and room next to ours all the time so it would be noisy although she would ask the staff to try to keep noise to a minimum. When we went back to ask for another room the receptionist was very apologetic - think new and hadn’t realised - she then gave us a room facing the mountains on the 3rd floor. She also rang in the evening to check that everything was ok and asked again each time we passed her in reception.
