The staff was very friendly and inviting. The pool was clean and rooms as well. Amazing contanental breakfast with a variety of options for everyone. The housekeeper we had on floor 3 was very friendly and also helped us with extra towels and pillows when we asked and asked if there was anything else she could help us with. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We also liked that we could also use the BBQ that is on site as well. Which helped with keeping our cost down while on vacation with the family. We also like that there was alot of beachs to go to within less then a hour away and one just down the road for the hotel in Port elgin which had a small park, volleyball courts, flushable washrooms, showers and live entertainment on the Sunday We stayed. The beach was also sandy and not rocky like goderich.

Everything was absolutely amazing from the rooms to the amenities, the staff were extra helpful and went the extra mile to help. I was travelling alone but I have never felt so helped ! There were tons of options nearby to walk around and enjoy. I would definitely want to go back again. The breakfast was nice and hot and there was always a fresh pot of coffee ready as needed.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Very clean. Pillows were wonderful! Pool & hot tub were nice and clean - quiet when we were there. Breakfast was good, hot and the breakfast room was lovely. Staff were helpful and kind.
