It took me nearly a month to come back to write this review. Simply because the experience is so exceptionally good that I don't know where to start. It was a dream experience that we keep talking about even weeks after leaving the place. "I want to go back to Pine Ridge Lodge" is a recurring sentence we say to each other. We even day-dreamed about moving to Belize and joining Neil. I could write thousands of words about Pine Ridge Lodge but that would exceed the limitation of the review length. All aspects were beyond perfect so I won't repeat all the check-box questions and answers that were already provided by Booking. I clicked on the faces with the biggest smile for all the questions and still feel that the smile is not large enough to reflect how our stay was. Neil and José's hospitality and genuine vibe was out of this world. We absolutely loved the daily routine of starting the day with a delicious breakfast tailor-made for us, accompanied by the sound of birds, the sounds of wind blowing on pine leaves, the golden sunbeam shining on our food, having a day out and coming back in the evening welcomed with a delicious home-made dinner at 19:00 that provides a lot of comfort and peace, spending the rest of the evening having very interesting conversations with Neil, being introduced to his beloved chicken and hearing his fascinating stories, walking back to our room in the dark watching so many stars in the dark sky that you would otherwise not have the chance to see anywhere close to cities, and falling asleep with the constant soothing sound of the waterfall right next to our room. I still drool every time I think of the beef cooked by Neil in his high pressure cooker. Maggie, one of the two super cute dogs liked to greet us and follow us around that added extra joy. We also very much appreciated not having wifi except in the dining area.

Gaia was a truly magical experience. It's very out-of-the-way, but it leans into that feeling while also making every aspect of your stay luxurious and well-catered for. The food is beautifully prepared with a wide variety of styles and flavours. The staff were a delight, and the entire place works around its guests amazingly, always subtly preparing things to make your experience as good as possible. You are free to enjoy the location (especially the private river beach and waterfall) in whatever way you wish, always within reach of swift service for whatever you need.

It was extremely clean! I ve never seen such clean airbnb. The area is very pretty and hosts were waiting for me till late evening (we were late due to tough road - be preapred) . Barbeque devices available near the swimming pool.

Hidden Valley Inn -- unexpectedly, I stayed in a lodge, within 7300 acres of wilderness in the Mountain Pine Ridge, 1 hour away from San Ignacio. I was greeted like a special guest, stayed in a beautiful villa, minutes away from the grand lodge, and the pool. There are kilometers of hiking trails, 5 major waterfalls on the property. I did the Butterfly trail, a 30 minutes by car, and a 30 minutes hike. Splendid! When you arrive at the falls and it's emerald lagoon, in the middle of lush jungle, you think that these few moments “Oh Mon Dieu" There they were all for myself, known as the “jewel of the property", featured in several tourist brochures of Belize. We loved the surroundings and staff. Rooms are a little older, but very clean and comfortable. Pool was really nice and well maintained. River tubing was fun, but a little hike to get to the entry and exit. We rented a car and drove from Belize City. Was easy to find, but road to the lodge was a bit rough and steep. Missed my AWD/4X4 on the last 2 miles. Meals there were excellent. We did not do the all inclusive. Overall it felt like a land based cruise where our family could do individual things during the day and we could meet up for meals and time at the pool easily.

Thank you for the most welcoming and magical experience! I'm typing this as I'm soaking in the last views of the jungle from our balcony. From the moment we arrived at Table Rock, we knew we made the right decision. We were greated in the parking lot (by our names), escorted to our River view Cabin (Laughing Falcon) and given detailed explanation of our accommodations. They literally have thought of everything. The room was spectacular. It was like a giant tree house and the balcony with river views was picturesque. Beyond the room, the grounds were impeccable. We loved the on-site activities. The infinity pool, tubing down the Macal River, and the restaurant. It's an easy 20 minutes drive into town and 30 minutes from Xunantunich Mayan Ruins. Thank you to the staff who were TOP NOTCH. We will miss you all the most. Table Rock, you outdid yourself and we will definitely be coming back!

The Tut family were amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. They scheduled amazing tours for our family that my teenagers really loved, especially the ATM cave tour. The rooms were great, the food was delicious, and we felt very at ease. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything ! The place is amazing, really beautiful, clean, new and peaceful ... The staff was great, thoughtful and worried about every single detail. Amazing place for vacations !!!! Even nicer than the pictures.

Great location at the top of the hill and right beside Cahal Pech. The restaurant food was amazing. The pool was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They filled up our water bottles when we left and provided us transport down the hill on a very hot day, which was very appreciated.
