A cidade é incrível, os preços não! A abordagem dos comerciantes dos restaurantes aos turistas é um pouco chata, mas nada agressivo. Amei o fato dos moradores e comerciantes cuidarem e respeitarem dos cãezinhos de rua. A cidade me conquistou tambem por isso! Recomendo!! “...The city is amazing, but the prices are not! The way restaurant staff approach tourists can be a bit annoying, but never aggressive. I loved how the locals and shop owners take care of and respect street pets! The city won me over because of that too! I recommend it...!!”

Chalet was awesome!.

Chalet was awesome!. Would have benefited from better interior lighting. Did not have fire starter for CNN our second night but managed to use napkins to get the fire going. The road to the property needs to be improved. Internet in the chalet was sporadic. Beautiful property

I haven't visit the city of São Bento do Sapucaí.

I haven't visit the city of São Bento do Sapucaí. I just stayed on this property for the night and it was very disapointed. The smell inside the room was bad, the Towels very thin and small, poor quality, the bed cloth also the chepeast one, and there was not one soap for us to take a shower. We didn't have a soap with us because the hotel usualy give the amenities . I don't recomend and will not stay there anymore

Very quiet and beautiful rural landscape, with a tiny downtown with a couple of good restaurants. very good place for hiking, walking, bicycling, horse riding. Ideally associated with romantic hotels and lodges. Less than 2 hours out of São Paulo.

Despite being expensive, it is a Brazilian city that is well worth visiting because of the architectural, climatic and cultural contrast with the rest of the country. It has good leisure options, many options for culinaire and at some seasons of the year the cultural options are the highlight. The city is small, so don't expect all the services you would find in a metropolis, but it has more options than would be expected for a Brazilian city of 46k inhabitants.

Wonderful place near the metropolitan areas of São Paulo,...

Wonderful place near the metropolitan areas of São Paulo, Campinas and São José dos Campos. The mountain landscape is incredible, the weather is very nice, there are trails and treks and lots of activities to be done. Downtown, many excellent restaurants and many shops invite the visitors to walk along the only main street in the town. In the surroundings, places like Plato and Pedra Redonda offers a unique opportunity to see, from a single place, the landscapes of two states: São Paulo and Minas Gerais.
