Way better than the photos, our lodge seemed freshly renovated! Exceptionally friendly lodge manager, and the house dog is so cute! The area is full of wildlife, we totally enjoyed it. The stay at Bronte was one of the highlights of our trip to Tasmania.

The cottage was very spacious. The location was absolutely beautiful. The cottage was situated in the middle of the forest. It had panoramic windows that you could look at nature sitting at the table or preparing meals. We were welcomed by wallabies wandering around the cottage😃

A great place if you like wilderness and wildlife. Not a conventional, impersonal hotel but a friendly lodge. Limited menu but that’s to be expected staying miles from anywhere. The food we had was excellent and I think the smell of the lamb shanks must have attracted the Tassie Devils - didn’t expect to see one looking through the window while we were eating! Bec’s local and extensive knowledge was good to hear too.

Quite possibly the most magical place we have ever stayed! The views are simply magnificent. We had planned on going out exploring, however, we set ourselves up on the veranda with a bottle or two of wine and didn't move. The farm animals were just beautiful, as were the plentiful rabbits. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and provided all the facilities you would possibly need.

We received the best hospitality from these super hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. We really enjoyed the welcome brownies baked specially for us including the simple breakfast. The rooms and hall were so spacious. what impressed us is the bathroom was super large and comfortable. we enjoyed the back to nature feel of this apartment. The hotel is just in the Conservation area of Cradle Mountain. Stunning scenery, fresh air, wildlife and hiking trails - everything in one place. Definitely worths staying. Breakfast was included and it was delicious and there were a great variety of food, fresh fruit, etc.
