Clean. Comfortavle, well equipped, very nice. Helped us park our campervans for the night (too big for standard parking lot). “Can do” attitude. Nice BBQ area by the pool. Well done !!!

We booked the Malibu studio, which my wife absolutely loved. It was very comfortable and convenient - we could park our car right in front of the unit and cook meals in the kitchenette. The studio also offered a great selection of DVDs, allowing our son to enjoy his favorite movie during our stay.
Upon checking out, we accidentally left our Dyson hair dryer in the room. We reached out to the hotel through Booking.com, and Melissa was incredibly helpful in arranging to ship the hair dryer to our friends' address.
It was an excellent experience. We will consider choosing this hotel again when we next visit Lorne.

It was so well organised. Everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The birds and kangaroos surrounded us. Magical. There was a spectacular storm with heavy rain, lightening and thunder and we felt perfectly safe. The tent was really sturdy and well designed to cope with the weather.

What a stunning setting for a getaway, so peaceful and restful as soon as you pull off the road and into the park, when I went into the office to check in I was greeted by the biggest smile from the lovely and friendly lady on the front desk.

Lorne is a beautiful location, cabin was comfortable, clean & with good facilities. Location of cabin was not acceptable being metres from a receivable & loading dock which operates daily & very early in the morning.

Over the past 50 years we have been travelling to Torquay. It has changed so much, but it is a great town to visit and stay in.
Travelling around Torquay is is easy. Plenty of choices for meals and general shopping.

Lots of nature, quiet family-oriented location, plenty to see and explore. Love the pockets of stores here and there. Plenty of Op shops which we loved exploring and scoring some little treasures

Overall, we had a great stay.
Overall, we had a great stay. The house was big, very spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The only minor issue was that the kitchen sink benchtop was a little high for shorter people, but aside from that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our time here.

Very untidy around our cabin which was very run down and could have been cleaner. All cupboard doors falling off. Do we get a run down cabin because we travel with a dog? Also such a pity other people let there dogs roam off lead .

I liked the size of the room and the bed was comfie. Very clean. Had to go to the bar to get crockery? Did they want guests to eat in?
Fittings in the newly renovated bath fell apart. Perhaps some hooks instead of double towel rail would be tougher.

We had such a wonderful stay at Bellshala.
We had such a wonderful stay at Bellshala. The peaceful surroundings gave us the perfect opportunity to truly relax, unwind, and enjoy some quiet time. We loved being able to sit back with a good book and watch the local wildlife — it was exactly the escape we needed. There was an excellent cafe in Jan Juc (Swell Cafe) and we bought produce from Peaches in Torquay - didn't want to drive out on the highway to go out for dinner.

The toy shop lady was amazing like the bookshop lady. I didn’t get their names. It was just a lovely, lovely, relaxing place and to recharge had a wonderful time everything was very central amazing view from the room.

Amazing beaches and walking pathways. Great photo shoot location watching the surfers enjoying life. Eateries top class. Special shout out to Doc Hughes cade and the super friendly staff. Mouth watering breakfast!!

We had a relaxing family holiday at Anglesea. The location of the holiday park right next to the beach and river meant we barely had to get in the car. It’s an excellent location for kids with many different activities. The beds in the cabins were so comfortable too!
