SingaporeThe check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Location was also perfect as it's near the pier and cafes. It's also a very clean motel with great amenities - WiFi connection was excellent.
But what I loved most about our stay was their personalised greeting (even though we didn't meet them in-person!). My husband and I celebrated his birthday at the Lemon Tree Passage Motel. They were so kind to give us Ferrero Rocher chocolates and a birthday card. Thank you, Jason and Lilian for a wonderful experience at the motel. We'll definitely come back and stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Shoal Bay Holiday Park! The tent was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable experience. Being close to nature, I stepped out of the tent at night and was greeted by a sky full of stars. Plus, having the convenience of parking my car right next to the tent was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Love the nature environment. The BBQ pit is great and we utilised for 2 nights. The cottage is small and cozy. The toilet is clean although is kind of cold in winter, but it has warm light which helps. Anthony recommended us a near by place to watch whale migration, and this is just amazing and unforgettable experience.

The location was great, directly opposite of the beach. The room was perfect for our needs, it was really big and we had the opportunity to cook our own food. Additionally, the facilities were really awesome: an indoor and an outdoor pool! Really recommend staying here, it was totally worth the money.

We really liked the accommodation. It was very comfortable and the location right by the sea was excellent. There are great hiking trails nearby and the centre of Prost Stevens/Nelson Bay is not far away. If we didn't live so far away, we would love to come back often.

The resort is very well maintained, with lots of beautiful greenery all around. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the cottages are well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place – 100% worth it!

Liked the position and the pool,though it would be handy to have a railing for elderly people. Apartment had very noisy neighbours next door who were screaming and fighting and making loud bang noises,mostly at night which ruined our holiday and our sleep.Beds were uncomfortable and place needa an uplift.Blood stains on quilt in main bedroom,took it of the bed, disgusting.

We did not find anything to complain about.
We had some great meals close to the holiday park. Easy walking to the shops in the Main Street .

The property does not deserve a 8.1 rating. Could not use the shower or the air conditioner due to there below poor condition, including foul smell. Beds were terrible. Motel was cramped with terrible parking. It was a very unpleasant stay, we couldn’t wait to leave.

Loved the location of Bannisters which is right across the road from the Bowling Club and down below Bannisters is the sailing club where you can get a coffee overlooking the water. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and Holberts Prawn and Oysters are a few minutes drive away.

Stop the people drinking & smoking in groups outside their room entrances, not backing in utes to sit on back & booze & smoke, should have assigned area for that not close to next units entrance. Have been coming to same motel for 20 years & always been good, but really needs some control, should not have to wade past groups of drinkers to get to your car & door.

Karuah was a great place to get to and experience what it has to offer. Access was easy for everything. The RSL offered a good array of meals and the price was reasonable. I note that there was also a Pizzeria in Karuah - maybe we will try that next time.

I liked that we had the beach so handy, even though it was winter, and hubby played putt putt, and we enjoyed a hit of tennis. We were warm and cosy in our cabin, but I would like to visit in Spring or Autumn when its a little warmer to have BBQ's and sit outside at the Cafe. Overall a nice spot to stay, and handy to other activities, amenities and sightseeing.

We love taking our dog on holiday with us - so Anna Bay has a big dog friendly beach which also has shallow end. The "locals" were all really friendly, relaxed and gave helpful suggestions.
Good pub , pizza place, fish n chips n hamburger joint.

The location was good with nearby beaches, cooling trees and a soothing atmosphere. The cabin was just enough for a family of four. Local Coles nearby for shopping.
Koala shores had a lovely pool where kids could swim 🏊 and a 🍖 bbq area where we can use for dinner.
