Excellent property and very convenient to waterfront activities. Premium Reality staff were extremely efficient, excellent communication, and helpful. Property is perfect with modern whiteware. The property was clean, modern, spacious, and so very comfortable and quiet. We were greeted with delicious cheese and crackers, complimented by a bottle of sparkling! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were up in Brisbane to celebrate my sister-in-law's 80th...

We were up in Brisbane to celebrate my sister-in-law's 80th birthday so we didn't see much of Redcliff. However, Margate Beach was beautiful and the water was a lovely temperature for swimming. We did hire a car and that was really useful for getting around and visiting our family.

Caboolture has basic services but a great hospital.

Caboolture has basic services but a great hospital. It was close to where we wanted to be. Easy access to the D’Aguilar National Park, small towns such as Woodford, Bribie Island and the Bruce Highway.

The property was fine it needs some maintenance issues fixed...

The property was fine it needs some maintenance issues fixed (like loose taps, towel rails etc.) and it needs a pest control visit as there were lots of ants and several dead cockroaches but overall it was fine The biggest issue was the pets policy which when we booked we ticked travelling with pets on Bookings.com (even though there is nothing to tell you) you have to inform the property manager about this seperately This property charges $30 per day if you travel with a pet on top of the house cost and for this cost you get nothing Beware when booking this property it should say pets are not allowed Totally spoilt our family get together

Be prepared for the fact that the breakfast is in a cafe...

Be prepared for the fact that the breakfast is in a cafe attached to the Hotel, there is no buffet breakfast. The Cafe is very pleasant, overlooking the water. Have a good map of the North Lakes precinct or be familiar with the maze of very narrow, very busy roads that you will need to negotiate.

Another short break on the Island, picture perfect.

Another short break on the Island, picture perfect. We will be back as soon as we can afford it again. As usual the pies on the ferry were excellent. Villa 1 was well presented and had plenty of space and sleeping places. GF menu was a bonus. The extra charges for card transactions were really annoying so next time I will bring lots of cash... Also we had to deposit $1000 as a surety in the owner's bank account, which can be an issue for overseas visitors!

Didn't have a chance to do much outside of our reason to be...

Didn't have a chance to do much outside of our reason to be there (Funeral/wake). Up from the Goldie/arrived in time to have lunch and check-in/after wake had a short walk on the beach at sunset then dinner at the restaurant. By 8.30 the next morning we were on the road again as we had commitments at Kallangur and the Tweed!

We love Scarborough!

We love Scarborough! Great beachfront, lots of lovely walks, plus plenty of good accommodation options for all budgets, then there’s the fabulous cafes/restaurants/businesses plus friendly people. Honestly what’s not to love?!

We needed space for 4 adults close to the airport.

We needed space for 4 adults close to the airport. This served us well. We found Kallanger very easy. Altogether it was a positive experience and heartily recommend it for other's in the same boat.

Was there for a concert at Sandstone Point Hotel but stayed...

Was there for a concert at Sandstone Point Hotel but stayed at Woorim (15 minute drive to SPH) for the beach location / access and great views to Moreton Island. Quick walk to cafes, shops and the patrolled beach.
