Inside open plan good for just hanging out together. Had everything we needed plus extras we could use for picnic etc. Used kitchen and deck bbq. Glad we stayed here and not in Cairns. Highly recommend this exceptional property. The Manager, Brian works hard to ensure the grounds & facilities are clean, maintained & in pristine condition. Blue Lagoon is an excellent location, with convenient parking, a short walk to Trinity Beach & a selection of restaurants. The staff are professional, helpful & kind, especially John, Joleen & Stacey. The pool is very clean with a view of the Lagoon. Loved my experience here & recommend Canadians spend your money here not Florida. The Aussies are wonderful, share our Values & appreciate you more than Florida!

Th entire complex looked amazing, the buildings , the variety of pools, the tropical plantings all were extremely appealing and the grounds and facilities were kept in immaculate condition..A quiet, calm location, sheltered from the wind and the km Ling walk to the beach front was reasonable. Very good value for money. Carolynn and Matthew , the manager, were super helpful and Matthew went the extra mile helping me out with a few things related to the apartment. Very highly recommend Mango Lagoon..Ps loved the red umbrellas by the 50m lap pool, made the pics even more vavoom!

Palm Cove is busy but not overwhelming.
Palm Cove is busy but not overwhelming. Many restaurant choices and lovely beach walks. Shout out to the local council. They keep the public areas so neat and clean. The area is flat and easy access for disabled people too.

hotel was right on the beach so excellent for sunrise and sunset photos. beach is picturesque with a nice lookout at one end. close to restaurants, quick drive to a supermarket. phone reception was patchy on beach front but fine around the corner. room has only a bar fridge not full size. off road parking can be tight if you are last one's home.

The beautiful breeze was lovely whenever I sat on a comfortable seat on the grass near the beach...
We thought the views were amazing in every way we turned on the walkway across the road from the Agincourt Beachfont...We will be returning. It will most likely be in the winter though, as humidity is very high
in the summer for us, as a couple from the central coast, in N.S.W. Thank you!
It is close enough for a drive to Cairns, Port Douglas and other beautiful spots.

A good alternative to the much trendier and therefore pricier northern beaches of Trinity Beach and Palm Cove. And definitely much quieter!
A comprehensive shopping strip on the main street and of course not far from the large shopping complex at Smithfield. A few restaurant options available, including the yacht club. There is a bus service into Cairns CBD, but I would recommend hiring a vehicle for your stay. Taxis are very expensive.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing (wasn’t crowded at all when we were there in June). Seems to be off the beaten path for tourists—seemed to be more locals there, so probably not typically as crowded as some of the more well known beaches. We probably wouldn’t have known about it if we weren’t staying at a house on the beach. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, although not a ton of beach parking for visitors. Beautiful walking path, small playground, picnic tables, incredible sunrises, sand is soft and silky, water is warm to wade in, however, swimming is not recommended due to possible crocodiles.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Private and peaceful. A couple of good cafes/restaurants and a general store. 10min to the nearest supermarket and to the airport. 15 minutes to Cairns City. Great base to travel up to the northern beaches

Palm Cove is a small beautiful area, very quiet if you are looking for a relaxing time. 9.30pm no-one around bars empty even at weekends. If life is what you are looking for then Port Douglas is bigger with more bars.
We found nice restaurants in Palm Cove especially Vivo, meal outstanding. Nu Nu was a lovely setting, expensive and our table was like sitting on the medium strip of the Bruce highway, staff racing past not the relaxing atmosphere for a celebration meal more like a fast canteen!!
Rattle n Hum food ok nice atmosphere. Live music at the Irish Bar food good

I have nothing negative to say about this place. It’s all positive. Great location, clean and tidy, grounds and pool well maintained, Gerald and his staff friendly and accommodating. Straight across the road from swimming nets and barbecue area. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops.

Clifton Beach is a quiet lovely beach with an excellent shady path to allow walking amongst the trees.
Unfortunately there was only one restaurant/cafe but given the proximity to Palm Cove and Trinity beach this was not a drawback.

Lovely quiet little town with excellent facilities. Some nice cafes and the Boating Club and the Golf Club were welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the Boating Club which provided excellent service, and great food at very reasonable prices
