The staff were so busy but so lovely and you wouldn't have know they were under pressure, I was extremely pleasantly surprised how kind the staff were, so I cancelled my return hotel that was way cheaper and booked my return stay with Vibe. The bed was soooo comfy as well.

The Suite with Sauna was spacious, had the comfiest and firmest bed, two TVs and the sauna was working perfectly. We waited for a while (maybe 30-40 minutes to be completely hot) and it was an amazing experience. It's perfect for a couple who wants a sauna all to themselves. Gym and swimming pool were good facilities (nice that there weren't many people there). Car park spaces were ample.

This was an exceptional experience! The hotel systems run smoothly and efficiently, the staff are well trained and polite, the room was setup with everything that I needed and was very comfortable. I especially loved that they are making an effort to reduce their waste through programs like Soap Aid, and they clean without chemical products. Highly recommend.

There is construction all around the city centre and blocked pedestrian and vehicle access. The time for moving around is insufficient directions. I'm glad I stayed at the QT as my room at the hotel didn't get any noise and a nice view.

Great location, on the lake, and close to the NGA and other Canberra attractions. Lots of food places too. Spent most of my time at the National Gallery, which is about 1.5km away. We used Uber Eats for delivery & enjoyed dining on the balcony at the appartments on the Quay.

Appartment was stunning, got to meet the owners who where just lovely people ( yes it got that bad the owners had to turn up to help sort this issue out ), gorgeous views of that side of the city. Look the apprtment was lovely and location was perfect.........if not for madecomfy and their lack of care or attention to fixing a very major issue......id have enjoyed ny stay, but being forced to sleep in a car or spend another $700+ on one nights accom after already spending $2k is disgusting. Still no offer to return a nights value from the price of the appartment or have i recived a return on the money I PAID OUT FOR THE LOCKSMITH!!!! Am contacting victoria consumer affairs today, this company is very dodgy and needs investigation.

It's like any other newly built development area with many offices, but if you want modern facilities and several restaurants and shops, it might be practical to stay here. There seems to be convenient public transport to the tourist sites of Canberra.

I had an excellent stay at this townhouse. The place was very clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Everything was well maintained, and the host was helpful. However, I found the TV a bit difficult to use, and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. It would also be nice if the host could provide some slippers for walking around the house. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this townhouse to others.

Location and facilities were excellent. Communication with the hosts was exceptional and prompt. They included a short YouTube clip on everything from walking to the lock box to collect the keys, getting into and parking in your reserved bay. The apartment was clean, cosy and well laid out. We had the convenience of being able to cook or visit local restaurants. Supermarkets were close by and the light rail a stone throw away. The apartment was quiet and peaceful.

Tuggeranong was close to the people I was visiting. We were out and about all 5 days and Tuggeranong was within 20 minutes drive from all the places we went to. Good cafes and restaurants close by. The view from our big balcony was very pleasing.

The way Walter Burley Griffin planned out the city of Canberra it was very easy to navigate around. Visiting the Australian War Memorial is a real eye opener and we wished we had a few more spare days to explore the Memorial fully. We didn't have time to visiit Parliament House which we were keen to visiit.
