The view from the infinity swimming pool is really amazing. I’ve never experienced anything more luxurious feeling. Plus they’ve got bottles of wine and glasses available in the pool/spa area at a good price offered via an honour system. A nice idea! Otherwise the hotel offered excellent food (loved the veggie burger) had super nice staff and dining on the terrace for dinner and breakfast was truly lovely! Plus a really excellent breakfast selection! <3 Kaiserschmarren included!! Plus a room upgrade. So absolutely a top location!

I extend my highest recommendation <3 IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION – THIS IS NOT A DEFECT I wish to inform anyone that air conditioning is not a standard feature in every room in the castle. In the main castle structure, air conditioning is exclusively available in the LOFT room (the other rooms in the castle are without air conditioning). Nevertheless, a separate building located immediately adjacent to the castle offers air conditioning in all its rooms.

We received the loveliest welcome from the whole team; we weren't driving, so they organized a pickup for us. The outdoor swimming pool is very pleasant in the hot summer ☀️ The best breakfast with mesmerising views of the valleys from the terrace - sometimes you can see the deer and rabbits running around below you. Great location for hiking and visiting local wineries 🍷

This hotel was in the middle of a winery. The staff were so welcoming upon our arrival and gave us many insights of where to visit in the surrounding area. We hired mountain bikes which I would recommend as a great way to see the surrounding countryside which was absolutely stunning. The hotel breakfast choice is one of the best we have had anywhere. The room and facilities are first class and I would highly recommend a short break if ever visiting Austrian wineries.

    We had a wonderful stay at Weingut Brenner am Rossberg and felt amazing the entire time. The room was very clean, cozy, and located right in the middle of beautiful vineyards — a peaceful and scenic setting that instantly relaxes you. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, and the food served at the wine tavern was delicious, authentic, and full of local flavor. The wine was truly special – so much so that we bought some bottles to take home. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, served in a lovely setting that added to the experience. What makes this place exceptional is the tranquil location and the charm of staying at a winery – it’s the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. We wholeheartedly recommend this stay for anyone looking for peace, nature, and great food and wine in southern Austria!

    We were a bit uncertain about how the breakfast would turn out, since one had to order what one did desire the day before. However, after having carefully chosen what we wanted for the first breakfast (the evening before) we realised that the breakfast was not just "delivered" (as we first thought) but is was preparade by a very skilled and friendly staff that actually served what we had ordered to the table of our choice. After interacting with them we decided to keep our order the same for the following days. We hence did not have to fill out any more forms during our stay! : )

    Our small house (press house) was perfect for our stay with our dog who does not climb stairs. We had our own terrace, huge garden in front, which was perfect. The breakfast was lovely, wide choice. The schloss garden is nice, sraff very friendly, parking on site, wine lovely, wine tasting place really modern. For us everything was perfect.

    We came from Vienna - a 2.5hr trip on the OBB train to Graz...

    We came from Vienna - a 2.5hr trip on the OBB train to Graz and then a 45 min train ride to Ehrenhausen, then a short taxi ride. So worth it. Winzarei, Weingut Temet is a fantastic winery offering boutique accommodation. (High end) So beautiful. Highly recommend. We only stayed two nights and really wished we stayed another 2! The best way to get around the area if you don't have a car is Taxi. There was never any issue obtaining a taxi. A little pricey but not too bad.
