You have many great places to visit just around the village. Also many tracks to hike. Great view to the mountains. In the village also many supermarkets? shops and restaurants . If you like hiking (not climbing), Hohentauern is the right...
If you like hiking (not climbing), Hohentauern is the right place. There are some peaks to climb, but only up to 2500 metres altitude. Many streams and lakes make the hikes eventful. There is not much to do in Pöls or surrounding. The big factory in the village makes a not really nice view and is a shock when arriving the village.
