We stayed in the Altes Kloster for a family break. The hotel was really comfortable and clean. The check in process was very simple and the staff were really friendly. The location is perfect if travelling to Bratislavia or Vienna. The room was huge and really comfortable. This was one of the best hotels I stayed in for a long time based on the price paid.

Great hotel. Very kind employees. Everything was clean and all terms of reservations was fulfilled. Whoever choose this hotel will not regret. Of course car is mandatory to have as its not in city center.

A really lovely experience. We arrived late as were driving and we could check in with no problem. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub (not that we needed both but there was a choice). The breakfast was very nice, the omelets are great and bread in Austria is next level. We also really appreciate a small gift at the end of our stay. Overall, it was a really nice small hotel.
