A pleasant hotel in an exceptional location high in the mountains by the dam. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Beautiful views and surroundings. Excellent breakfast and dinner, attentive service. We go here regularly on motorbikes and have always been very satisfied.

It's a great place to stay: clean, calm, with delicious breakfast. People who work there not only accommodate you, but they also enjoy working with customers. Hotel is in traditional austrian style, which I always liked, and it´s on the way to Kölnbrein- dam, which is certainly worth visiting.

Personal was very very kind, hotel was so empty so it felt like they work only for us. They also turned in sauna just for us. Food was great also!

Nicole and Ron are very friendly and kind, nothing is a problem. The appartment was nice, clean, spacious, with nice view from the balcony. What I appreciated was hot water in the shower for everyone (that the last one did´t have cold water because of empty boiler :D ). There is a room for skies and boots (heating available). The location is fine, about 20 minutes by car from Katschberg ski resort, 5 minutes walking from Spar shop.
