The room was superb. Sauna, dubbel bad. Steam shower...... all you need for a romantic time out.

There is literally nothing to dislike. Fabulously managed. Super-welcoming people. Warm atmosphere. Everything 100% functional. Excellent food and breakfast. Large private parking. Hotel located close to highway in a very quiet area absolutely worth discovering. Bottom line, probably the best “value for money” ever encountered. Congratulations to the Team! The location was a little further from the town centre than we had expected and had we not been able to make use (with the unfailing help of the family members and the staff at the town Tourist Information Office) of the excellent Post Bus Shuttle service, without a car it would have been difficult to get around.

Hotel Krone offers free parking and rooms with free Wi-Fi access in the centre of Mondsee. The shore of the Mondsee lake is only a few steps away.

Close to the lake where we could take a great morning walk. Great breakfast, room was warm in winter and smelling nicely as wood from the natural wood furniture.

It was a perfect view and the woman was nice and she gave us eggs and milk from her cows , she even helped us and gave us electric plugs when we needed it , everything was clean and good place overall .
