Nearly everything and everyone there is just great. Restaurant is classy with great food and atmosphere for the evenings, and the breakfast is just superior to many 5-star hotels. Selection of herbal and fruit teas is enormous. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, everything in hotel is modern, common area doors are automatic touch-free, rooms are spacious with a large entry area which is especially convenient if you came skiing. The property is beautiful and it has direct access to the lake. The hotel is clean. It is very family oriented with plenty of stuff for children including a playroom. Stuff was very welcoming to my child. They take care of details. The breakfast was nice with multiple choices. There are stores and restaurants very close by.

The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

The host and apartment were both wonderful. It was very clean, modern and cozy. The kitchenette was equipped to cook in (all the pans, kitchenware,toster,coffemaker) and the host provided coffee, tea, milk, juice, beer. We also had a welcome gift - two granola bars, two apples and their homemade salad dressing. Bathroom is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, we were going skiing in Gerlitzen and it was 15 min car ride from the Gerlitzen Cable Car. The host was helpful and provided the details about local restaurants, bakery and grocery stores and also other activities in the region.
