The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and flexible to humans and pets alike. This hotel is in a perfect location, just across the train station, with ample parking possibilities, something appreciated, especially when traveling with a pet or a person with restricted mobility. Very good location, near the motorway and the Tesla supercharger, but quiet at night. The restaurant worths a Michelin star super dinner. Perfect breakfast! “Tüchtig” Austrian hotel. Nice staff.

Everything, from look of hotel, staff to room. Great staff, really helpful and positive. Hotel with its pop art looks like something that should be in high end location. Room is really big, high quality materials, spacious, spotless clean, quality water and shampoo for guests. Towels, sheets, everything was perfect. Also breakfast was really nice.

Initially I got a different room than the one I booked but the receptionist was very helpful and fixed it quickly. My room was very nice, I also liked the breakfast and the view from the restaurant.
