The staff were fantastic so helpful in every way, provided great explanations about the hotel, area and walks available. They booked an early morning taxi for us up to the start of the mountain hike, we had a pack up picnic which was delicious. We loved the break out areas in the hotel, free fruit drinks in reception. Great view of the mountains. Spa bath was excellent.

The breakfast was amazing such a wide variety a great way to start off the morning of hiking. They also provided free water another great asset for hiking! The staff were so helpful and informative and the property is located in an amazing location!!! It’s perfect for hiking in El Chalten!

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is much nicer than the photos on booking.com. There is a nice sofa area, dining room and tables and chairs in the garden to relax with an amazing view over the mountains. Rooms are basic but this is the same everywhere in the region.

We had a very comfortable stay. The guest house had everything we needed - comfortable beds, clean bath rooms, good breakfast and very helpful staff. The location is very convenient to the trail walks and also the main street for restaurants. I would stay here again. Thank you.
