I have visited many places, but this hotel, the attitude of the staff, the view and the delights they presented to us were unforgettable and will forever remain in my heart! I will come back again at the first opportunity! This is heaven on earth! At check-in, they found out that I had a birthday And they upgraded our room. We had a reserved deluxe room with mountain views, they gave us a deluxe room with pool views and amazing views of the city. It also surprised me in the restaurant with a cake on which was written happy birthday Kalina! I would give 10 stars if I could, because they deserve them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the warm welcome, you made my Birthday even more amazing❤️🤗

Great that it was out of the city. Very close to BunkArt1 and the cable car. Food and wine were exceptional and good value. Staff were helpful, and cheerful even though we didn't speak the language this didn't cause a problem.

We were 4 women and stayed for 1 night. It was a big family suite with 2 bedrooms, private bath, 2 balconies and a small lounge area. Glenn and Leonel looked after us with great passion. We felt safe and welcomed. The view from balcony was breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the cable car point which is only 10 mins drive. 100% recommend this to everyone and would love to return.

This hotel is amazing! Very new, clean and with great SPA facilities. Location is also great - 10 minutes away on foot from the main streets of Tirana. Staff are very kind and professional and helped us with a lot of our questions that we had. I would say this is one of the best hotels I have ever been to in terms of price-quality ratio, cleanliness and professionalism of staff. Thank you for making our stay in Tirana so awesome!
