Actually I loved everything from the first moment. Interiors are beautiful, amazing staff, attention to detail, I was upgraded to amazing suite as I was traveling with little son. All the facility were kept so clean that we couldn’t find any dust. The staffs were so kind and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Their action was very prompt, especially our assistant manager’s response through WhatsApp. This hotel is connected to the Dubai mall so you can directly go there without feeling hot. All guests can enjoy this hotel’s pool and I ensure you that you can spend gorgeous comfortable time there. I strongly recommend it. I heard there is only few people in the summer season.

The whole facility We stayed in the private pool villa and it was really spacious with a big pool. The staff was very polite, supportive and attentive and any service we requested was super fast! Our welcome was in the beginning not good since the initial booked room was not available. Nevertheless, the manager on duty came up with a solution and offered us an upgrade and while waiting in the middle of the night (4am) a nice welcome drink while waiting for the temporarily room. My trip to Dubai felt like stepping into a completely...

My trip to Dubai felt like stepping into a completely different world. Where everything is brighter, bigger, and more full of energy than I expected. What surprised me most was how quickly the city made me feel comfortable. Even though the skyline is futuristic and the malls are huge, there’s a warmth in the people and a calmness in the way the city runs. One of my favorite moments was simply watching the city light up at night. Whether I was walking near the Dubai Mall, looking up at the Burj Khalifa, or sitting by the water at the Marina, I always felt this mix of excitement and peace. The sunsets over the desert were unforgettable soft, golden, and quiet in a way the city never is. I also loved how easy it was to get around, and how every corner of Dubai had something different to offer or a rooftop with an incredible view. And the food no matter what I tried, it was delicious Dubai left me inspired. It’s the kind of place that makes you dream bigger, appreciate cultural diversity, and see the beauty in both modern innovation and deep-rooted traditions. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already thinking when can I go back 😊

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.
