The villa is very spacious and cozy place, perfect for a staycation. It is less than an hour away from the city and easily accessible. Everything was just as the images.The host was helpful in terms of fast response and sending clear directions to the property. There is a property manager there on site slightly away from the villa that helped us with our check in which was smooth and straight forward. We were 10 adults and it was perfect for what we were looking for - big common area and sofa to sit together. Definitely a fun and relaxing stay!

The villa was fantastic! It was modern, luxurious, and well-equipped with comfortable beds, stylish furniture, a BBQ, a fireplace, and a small waterfall outside. The host was very responsive and helpful. The community pool was excellent and never crowded, and the community centre with a grocery store and restaurants was just a 3-minute drive away. The free waterpark for residents, only 10 minutes away, was a great addition!

Very Very Very great stay. The staff was super quick and responsive, the rooms were clean, the area is peaceful and great for late night walks and bike rides and I absolutely loved my time here. Would recommend for anyone who is traveling to Dubai

This is my second visit within an year to this property. Well maintained. The smile from day you walk in to the time they settle your bill… just great people From Mohammed at the bell desk to Jack at the reception along with her colleague who wears specs ( do not recall his name - sorry about that) Mehedi and May at the housekeeping who have been gone out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Thanks for helping with laundry on site- washer and dryer- that is an extra mile for a family travelling
