He had a solution in minutes I won't go into more details , but if you get a chance to use there properties, it is highly recommended. Some units at the property have a patio with a city view. Everything was great. Breakfast was very good, and the view and surrounding environment, beautiful. Of special note, and quite outstanding was the service provided by staff to promptly transport us 1/2 mile or so up and down the steep hill, to the main part of town and back. They also picked us up at the ferry, and then going back met us at the ferry with all of our luggage later in the day after we checked out.

The condo comes with a gas powered golf cart 24/7. This is a huge bonus. Our hostess, Alison, was incredibly welcoming and really tried to make our stay special and unique. She allowed us to keep our bags in the condo on the last day because our boat didn't leave until 5:00pm. She is very helpful and willing to help in any way. We will be back. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The location is quiet and off the tourist streets. The building is sound proofed and the stay felt very safe and quiet.

Receptionist were kind and helpful. Transport was so good. I have to come back.
