The property has sea and mountain views, and is 1.7 km from Botanical Garden La Mortella. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The location was fantastic! We had a large private yard with a view of the ocean. The sunsets on the water were stunning. Our apartment was spacious and attractive. We could walk to the beach, the supermarket and the center of Forio within minutes. Another little bonus was a vegetable garden that we could pick from. Delia and Francesco were so hospitable and helpful in every way. This was a perfect place for our family.

We actually got engaged here on the last night and the staff gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne. Such kind staff. Food is gorgeous - we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Great gym, gorgeous pools & area to swim in the sea. We loved our stay!
