The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room didn't have the promised city view but it did open to overlook the indoor swimming pool. The attention to everything was very pleasant. The birds, fish, waterfall, lovely coffee place and swimming pool and own tiny house were in a beautiful setting. The food was vegan, veggie and also possible choices for non vegans. We lived it!!!
