Friendly stuff, very good breakfast, comfortable room with comfortable beds for a family of 4. Great indoor pool. A lot of nice typical restaurants close by. The jaccuzi on the top floor with the view of Florence skyline by night a must do as well.

    The location in the center, the large room with own kitchen, very comfortable beds and friendly staff. The hotel is better than many four stars that I stayed in as it has big rooms, an indoor swimming pool and gym. Additionally, check out is at 12 and not 11am like many hotels, thus giving us extra time to relax and get ready.

    A beautiful Italian hotel in the centre of Florence, around 3-5mins walk to amazing restaurants, 7 mins to the main square and the cathedral. Very clean. Went off season (March), so it wasn’t crowded and just amazing. Great indoor swimming pool.

    Amazing structure, great facilities and overall really good location. Loved the indoor swimming pool and the spa! We stayed for just one night but couldn't resist using it. The room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Absolutely amazing shower and really comfortable bed.
