Beautiful and clean. Our check-in girl was very helpful and accommodating. Luke, who was working the night shift, was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

We searched specifically for a hotel with a pool that would be entertaining for the children and parents. There was a large (heated room temperature) pool with a fabulous slide and a fun and personable lifeguard to make the experience even more comfortable and fun. Overall very pleased and will certainly book here again. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids (13, 10 and 5) in a single room with queen bed and sofa bed and we’re happy and comfortable for our one night stay!

Checking in was great room was great spacious. I really like that you guys have a waffle maker. Your breakfast area is very well stocked and lots of selection. Maybe ore fresh fruit like blueberries, and strawberries

The staff were helpful and accommodating when I called to ask if they had seen a plush toy that I left behind in the hotel room. They sent it back to me through the mail instead of holding it for me and making me drive 3 hours back there myself.

Yes breakfast 👌 super! Still is cruel to close at 9 am. Our flt cancelations drive trought snow , we almost missed. Breakfast. An extra 1 hr, will help a lot. We bought a house in Aug 1 2020. Closing breakfast at 9 am .Room location , before moved in, We leaned good. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights from August first And 2 nights in July 2020. No breakfast at all for the pandemia. The staff were very helpful and friendly! I left my wallet at reception accidentally and they found it and got it back to me. Much appreciated! The rooms are nice (I stayed twice in different rooms) and the facilities good. There is a guest laundry. I had dinner one night at the in-house restaurant which was tasty and the staff there were very nice too. The location was handy, I got the bus from Toronto which dropped me off just 100 metres away from the hotel. There was a bunch of shops, supermarkets, and food places within walking distance, and it was pleasant to walk around.
