I read all the reviews before booking, and I can confirm that the owner really reads every comment and works hard to improve things. It was a fantastic stay – clean, quiet, with a beautiful view from the top (4th) floor. The host, Mr. Namal, was kind and attentive, always checking if we needed anything. The apartment had everything: kitchen tools, tea, sugar, salt, towels, and bathroom essentials. The weather in Nuwara Eliya is cold, so bring warm clothes – but if you don’t, the host can provide heaters at a very affordable price. Huge thanks to Mr. Namal and the friendly, helpful staff. If we return to Nuwara Eliya, we won’t stay anywhere else!

My stay at Dhammika's guesthouse was a true highlight of my trip to Sri Lanka and I regret not being able to stay longer. Dhammika's hospitality is truly exceptional. He picked me up from the train station late in the evening, drove me to Adam's Peak trail starting point at 2 am, organized a very authentic tea fields tour, arranged a driver for me, and even gave me recommendations for a safari for the next leg of my journey. He really took care of everything! The guesthouse itself is lovely. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding tea fields and the lake. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the warmth and friendliness of Dhammika's family made staying there a pleasure. The area is breathtakingly beautiful and Dhammika's guesthouse is the perfect base to explore it from. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

The room was nice, clean and spacious with internet working very well. Araa and his mother are two amazing people. Her breakfast and dinner was abundant and tasted so good. She wanted to keep feeding me as if I was part of her family ! She is also a great seamstress. I could see she had a variety of beautiful bags on display which at no time she told me that they are on sale. So I did ask and she told me that it was her work. I bought 4 and she gave me a decent price too! Her work is dainty and bags finished perfectly. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! ❤️
