Nice spacious modern room. Very clean with comfortable beds. Lots of amenities (coffee machine, cattle...) Couple of coffee shops and restaurants close by. The street on which it's located is pedestrian only so zero traffic noise during the day and night. Very good communication with the staff and clear instructions... Will stay here on our next business trip.

Beautiful place, friendly staffs, tasty coffee, new room with a delicate decoration. We were in 3 adults, and they put only 2 set of towels in the room, but they were very quick when I requested the 3rd set of towels, very friendly.

Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square.

Our accommodation on the first floor was spacious and charming. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

The hotel is super central in Como and the service was great. The room was big and clean. Really a great stay!

The building is old and charming, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is amazing, extremely polite and sweet young people, who speak great English. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, everything we tried was amazing, the service was great. We cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!

A great location away from the crowds of the other towns on the lake but in walking distance of good restaurants and bars. Very easy parking. Delightfully run family hotel, good restaurant on site too. Best breakfast we had on a 2 week trip in the Dolomites and lakes. Recommend highly

The accommodation is a very beautiful house renovated with great care, featuring several apartments located slightly above the tourist center. The location is about 20 minutes on foot from the lake promenade, but situated very quietly. You cannot drive directly to the accommodation, which makes it all the more peaceful as there is no traffic noise. Several public parking spaces are at most 5 minutes away on foot. The accommodation has a beautiful courtyard where you can sit with friends in the evening and enjoy one of the good wines offered by the bistro. In the bistro itself, you can also enjoy small snacks and very good espresso during the day. The breakfast is put together with great care and many organic products and homemade cakes are offered. The Passer team around the owner Alessandro is extremely helpful and has many tips for excursions and restaurants. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come back!

A spacious, clean apartment with a separate entrance from the courtyard in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a smart TV. It also has a large shower. The apartment was warm in November.
