The manager kindly upgraded us to a nicer room, as the hotel was quite quiet. It was lovely. The air conditioning worked. There was filtered water (again, I believe this should be standard to provide, given you can’t drink the tap water in India) They looked after our bags when we went away for a couple of nights into rural Wayanad.
