There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. exhausted after travel to arrive we accessed this cool, comfortable apartment. Just like the pictures and so clean. Would stay again. It is a walk to town, but a lovely one Just off the bus stop from Bilbao. A significant walk from the train. Didn't have a chance to see if the kitchen is outfitted...this is the land of tapas/cafe culture so we were out for all meals/drinks.

The property features river and garden views, and is 34 km from Abando Train Station. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This may have been the cleanest place I’ve ever been. Host was great. It is out of town and I am walking the Camino - but there is everything you need to make a simple dinner. And you can avoid the business of the city. Highly recommend!

Guests can benefit from a balcony and a terrace. The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from San Mamés Stadium. The apartment was super clean and comfortable and located in a quiet area with panaderia across the street, not too far, not too close to the city center core. Owner met us at the door and showed us around and was available in case we had any questions. It was a lovely place to stay.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The country house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. This is a stunning property in a very beautiful area. Our room was a two bedroom, two bathroom unit that was very comfortable. My five-year-old enjoyed the swing set and level lawn to play ball. I would definitely stay here again and hope to return for a longer period.

At the suggestion of Correos, we started our Bilbao segment of the Camino del Norte at the Guggenheim Museum and followed the path along the Nervion River the entire distance to Gexto. Gexto Rooms was chosen primarily due to its proximity to the Vizcaya Bridge (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), but was much more! This small hotel seems to be newly renovated with great attention to detail and hospitality. Bathroom was modern and clean and roomy. Bed was very comfortable and linens were of nice quality. Our hosts were gracious, accommodating, and interested in providing a fine stay, which it was! Note for pilgrims: Though not the "official" Way, this alternate route made for an easy warm-up day to begin our hike to Santander. Civil improvements being made to the pedestrian walkway have softened this largely industrial zone and a Lidl supermarket, located about 5 miles in, carried any beverages or snacks you might wish to stock up on. Arriving in Las Arenas early in the afternoon allowed for a relaxed start to our week and time to enjoy the town's beach promenade and sample plenty of pinchos! The following morning, we crossed over to Portugalete via the gondola— an experience that we would've otherwise missed! The Camino's yellow arrow was easy to find on the other side.

Very frictionless experience, easy to get the keys. Flat is really big and comfortably, fully equipped (beyond your expectations). I stayed just one night and wish I'd been here for 3+ nights. Can recommend. Within walking distance of the bus station.

Certain units at the property feature a terrace with a city view. What a great find! The quality of this little hotel certainly belies its modest two-star rating! Tucked away in Bilbao's old town this is a lovely historic building, but with very smart modern rooms. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, the bed super-comfortable, and everything sparkling clean. All this and a lovely friendly check-in from the lady on the desk. It was also surprisingly peaceful, despite being slap bang in the middle of the old town.
