In the heart of Toronto’s entertainment district and steps away from the best shopping and dining, BISHA, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Toronto provides guests with unrivaled access to local experiences,... We stayed for a friends birthday and right upon entering felt like queens. We received and upgraded room and champagne and cake waiting there for us. The front desk greeters were kind and helpful, gave us a glass of champagne to take with us up to the room. And help was only a text away if we needed. The room was dark and quiet at night. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. And the heated floors in the bathroom was icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

We liked everything! The location is unbeatable and the apartment is amazing with everything you need. The staff is so helpful and nice, a special thanks to Sonia who got us checked in and placed in the apartment way before check in time. After our original apartment became unavailable when we landed, it was amazing to find this absolute gem!
