Among the facilities at this property are an ATM and a concierge service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. There is a hot tub, evening entertainment and a 24-hour front desk. Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Excellent location near downtown Nashville, we were able to walk to and from Broadway with ease and also to many of the points of interest in the city (museums, etc.)

Always had a smile and very helpful. Convenient to many locations in Knoxville.

Complimentary airport shuttle service and an evening Peanut Butter and Jelly Bar is offered. Great staff, location and loved the live music in the lobby every night.

Lookout Mountain is 5 km away. We loved the 20s’ style decorations. We enjoyed reading about the history of the hotel. Our room was also very clean and comfortable.

Anchor to the iconic Chattanooga Choo Choo, the hotel offers an air of nostalgia replete with first class accommodations. Stayed here for two nights while visiting Chattanooga. The hotel's location simply can't be beat, it is within easy walking or driving distance of a great number of amazing sights, restaurants, bars, breweries, et c. The hotel itself was recently renovated and the room I stayed in – half of a former train car – was immaculate and felt very luxurious. While there's no traditional breakfast service the café in the lobby sells coffee and pastries. Parking was easy to find right outside the entrance. Every member of staff I interacted with was super helpful and friendly. Next time I'm in Chattanooga, I'd love to stay here again.
