It was wonderful :) The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and smiling !!

Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

The hotel provides an indoor pool, fitness centre and a shared lounge. Sammy the night desk person was exceptional. Everything was spotless, breakfast was out a bit early so we could get on the road. Great location.

The pineapple cookies in the afternoons. The staff seem to enjoy their work. Small and intimate historic hotel. Enjoyed bfast both mornings at the Pittsfield Cafe (500 feet away)!
