A good location for a relaxing holiday in San Francisco, Camotes Cay Hideaway is an apartment surrounded by views of the sea. The property features a private beach area, garden and private parking among other facilities. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Something truly incredible. Not in some extra poshy way - but the place is few of a kind, with amazing views, no crowds (just three bungalows - multi-room apartments), your own fully private white sand beach, with crystal clear water full of different sea stars.. and best memories go to fantastic, attentive, supportive hosts - Bill (also known as Ben, Edward and Hot air balloon captain) and Christina, and their wonderful dogs (especially Too Big). PS. Camotes Cay is just 15 mins by walk, 10 mins paddling by bangka boat from local fishermen, or 3 mins by scooter from another, wide Santiago beach and few tavernas / shops there. Camotes islands away from crowds of Cebu, El Nido, Bohol and similars - are not yet spoiled by tourism in all good ways. Hope to come back soon, as long that stays this way.

Great diving center offering various possibilities. They have their own boats, instructors and guides. My best vacation. Far from entertainment centers, but absolute silence and privacy.

Very peaceful and private property. Staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We needed to go to the hospital and we were given all immediate support we could have asked for in a stressful situation. We are very grateful for this experience! Very tasty food and drinks available. We highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Cebu. Activities you can do nearby is Canyoneering, hiking at Osmeña peak, going to white beach and visiting various waterfalls. We highly recommend doing the canyoneering in Badian. If you come here to relax, it’s worth staying 4+ nights, if you are mainly seeking for activities we recommend 4 days and maybe move to Oslob next. The staff are happy to support you with organizing a driver or a scooter.

Offering a tropical beach getaway, Tepanee Beach Resort sits on top of a 10,000 m² piece of land on Malapascua Island. It provides private beach access and cosy rooms with wooden and bamboo furnishings. Guests can enjoy water sports activities by the beach. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. I had an awesome week in my little bungalow. The private beach to go snorkeling is perfect, and staff really take care of it. At night it is quiet and the room is spacious and airco works well. The bathroom is a good size, and the shower is great. The matras is more on the older side, but still I slept really well. There is instant coffee in the room, and the mini fridge is filled with drinks. The breakfast buffet is basic, but it has everything you would want. In general, food on the island anywhere ranges from 'meeeeeeh' to 'urgh', so I enjoyed breakfast even more. There are a lot of steps to walk up and down, which might be a challenge for some. All in all I very much enjoyed my stay! Would recommend and I would come back!

A designer / builder that was smart enough to build a separate shower so that the entire bathroom floor doesn't get wet every time one uses the shower! Take note everywhere else. This is how you do it. Not only that, but the shower head was awesome too. Everything about the room and the place in general was excellent. When I booked it, I did so knowing that OIA was not super close to the town and I did that in hopes that it would be quiet...... and it was. It took me 25 - 30 minutes to walk into either town or to the main foreigner hangout / restaurant area, but there is also a single restaurant and basic grocery store only a block away. I was there during Typhoon Tino and fortunately, no damage at all to the house. The lady working at the front desk was also friendly and helpful.
