John was a great personable host, and served up a great breakfast. Had a few glasses of wine on the porch with another guest couple in the rain. Could have stayed longer if we had the time.

Janiene and David were excellent hosts who had thought of everything and were so accomodating in giving us a tour around the property and the beautiful historical home. The kitchen was more than equipped for staying in and cooking, the additional touches (speakers for music, lawn games, wool blankets in the al fresco area, coffee machine, umbrellas by the door) did not go unnoticed. This is the perfect country escape. We would highly recommend the local cycling wine tours in the area, but also make sure you book an extra night or two to enjoy this beautiful property on its own!
